You are in group 5 if:
- you had 0 interments in the financial year 2021-22.
If this is the case, you have two options:
- You can apply for a Cemetery Operator Licence, if you intend to continue interring in your cemeteries (burying, or interring ashes).
- You can apply for a Cemetery Operator (Caretaker) Licence - Category 4, if you do not intend to keep operating any cemeteries (other than for a limited number of interments that are pre-sold or pre-allocated).
