A NSW Government website

Operator portal

CCNSW is launching a new operator portal, which will streamline the activity reporting process. Activity reporting for 2023–24 is being conducted in the portal. It will be easier for operators to provide us with this information and will improve the reliability and usability of the data.

When is the portal launching? When does the activity survey open?

The portal will launch progressively in three stages from 15 July. This progressive launch is so we can provide better support to operators using it for the first time.

The dates of the launch are:

  • 15 July: Industry Consultative Group and Council Working Group members
  • 22 July: all remaining council operators
  • 29 July: all other operators.

The primary contact for each operator will receive an email when the portal is launched.

Activity reporting for 2023–24 will open at the same time.

You can start working on preparing and gathering your data at any point before the portal launches for you.

When is the activity survey due?

Activity reporting for 2023–24 is due five weeks after the portal opens as follows:

  • 16 August: Industry Consultative Group and Council Working Group members
  • 23 August: remaining council operators
  • 30 August: all other operators.

Who can access the portal?

One primary contact for each operator will have access to the portal and will be responsible for coordinating activity reporting. They will be contacted directly when the portal is launched. Other key contacts from your organisation will also be notified when activity reporting opens.

The portal will allow the primary contact to delegate entering activity data for one or more facilities to another person. More information on how to do this can be found in the training materials below.

If you need to update your primary contact information, please contact us at [email protected] or call 02 9842 8473.

Operators must notify CCNSW of any material change in their registered information within 14 days after the change occurs.
